My carpets were in horrible shape thanks to a new puppy. Feldpausch Cleaning came in and now they look like new. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable about the products they use and general carpet information. We were very impressed and will be calling again, a much better job and definitely more caring than that yellow truck; he cleaned my floors like he would clean his own, patiently and thoroughly. Fantastic job, more than I ever hoped for! For years my living room carpet has lived through dogs, teenagers,and cats and I was actually embarrassed to have someone come out and clean it.

Mike’s company did a great job.  They took their time and paid attention to detail on the parts of the carpet that had more foot traffic.  They also got out a stain that we were worried about we couldn’t get out.  I will be using them again when we get our carpet cleaned.

The carpet cleaners did a good job.  They were very polite, courteous and professional.  They wore gloves as well as the shoe coverings on their shoes and also offered me a pair of shoe coverings to wear as we walked through the house for me to inspect the carpet before they left.  I did have some stains that they spot cleaned and got off my carpet.  I was very satisfied with the service and also the price was very good.  I would use them again in the future and I do recommend their service.

I live in Howell Mi and for years, I have owned a Rug Doctor, and I have done my carpets myself for the past 10 years. The last time I used a carpet cleaning service was 10 yrs ago. I was pissed with the way they left my carpets and that was bad. I didn’t want to clean my carpets this time because of upcoming knee replacement. Mike the owner of Feldpausch Cleaning, and I spoke. I told him of my reluctance, and he quickly put me at ease. Mike is one heck of nice man and talking with Mike over the phone was a pleasure. To make a long story short, the carpets where I live are 20 years old. I’m renting and trying to purchase the home. Mike’s had his professional arrive on time. What the irony of the whole thing is that my neighbor was having her whole home cleaned by the same company that left my carpets looking very badly 10 years earlier. They were done and gone with my neighbors home in 40 minutes. Mike’s employee did the same sq ft of my neighbors, but it took him a couple hours many more then next door. The workers name is Gabriel. I could not believe how hard Gabriel worked trying to make a 20 yr old carpet looked good. Gabriel also cleaned two couches and cleaned every inch including the creases. Gabriel and I had a chance to speak for a moment. He is one heck of man. Gabriel ‘s personality reflected the work he put into the carpets. I am astounded of Mike’s professionalism and Gabriel’s work ethic. I will refer Feldpausch out to everyone. Watch the name brand cleaners with coupons. If it’s like 4 rooms and whatever for 99 dollars well you get what you pay for. That’s what I did years ago. I used a coupon, and I got what the coupon said a discount, nothing done and it looked so bad that I rented a rug cleaner, and the filth I got out blew me away. When I hired the competitor, I didn’t realize it’s in the door and out the door quickly. Mike’s pricing is more than competitive and of excellence. Feldpausch Cleaning staff are always extremely professional and thorough.  They have been able to get out stains that other companies have failed to remove.  They do a good job with carpet and area rugs.  They even provide shoe covers for you to wear afterwards until the carpet is fully dry.
